Clients and service providers can download the Client Kare app on both IOS and Android devices.
IOS users can download the app from the Apple App Store by searching for "Client Kare " in the search bar. Once they find the app, they can click on the "Get" or "Download" button to install the app on their device

We also have a strict policy in place for our service providers, ensuring that they have the necessary qualifications, experience, and certifications to provide the services they offer. Additionally, we have a system in place for clients and service providers to rate and review each other, ensuring that clients are connected with quality service providers and service providers are connected with respectful and appreciative clients.
It is important to note that no platform can guarantee 100% security, however, we are committed to providing our users with a safe and secure platform to connect.
Our hours of operation at Client Kare are 7 days a week. Personal Support Workers (PSW) are available from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, Massage therapy and Physiotherapy are available from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm and Nurses are available from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm.
This means that clients can access the services they need at any time of the day or night, 7 days a week. This allows clients to schedule appointments and receive care at their convenience, and allows service providers to work flexible schedules.
It is important to note that service providers' availability may vary, and some may not be able to provide services outside of their specific working hours, however, our app will show the availability of the providers in real time. Additionally, clients can always contact our support team to check the availability of specific service providers or to request services outside of our regular hours of operation.
The Client Kare application is not completely free, but we do provide competitive prices for clients and service providers to access our platform. We charge a commission-based transaction, where we charge a 20% commission for every hour the service provider logs in, and every time clients pay their caregivers.
We believe that our prices are competitive and fair, taking into account the value that our platform provides for both clients and service providers. We also plan to generate revenue through various other means, such as advertisements and sponsorships.
